Undoubtedly, Pogba is one of the best dabbers out there, but he surely mistakenly tried the move on a big day, and the wrong stage. Manchester United dropped another valuable points at home all thanks to their childish 89million man.
Pogba at the moment is not a big game player and Mourinho should learn from his recent performances and drop him when it matters the most.
When Manchester United paid that huge sum of amount for Paul Pogba. We all said it was crazy, stupid, and worthless. But his recent displays for Man Utd have actually gave us some glimmer of hope that he would surely come good in the nearest future.
He is performing brilliantly well right now, but when it comes to big games, the 89 million pound price tag on his shoulder always weigh him down badly and that is not good for the young man. He is young and talented but the pressure is always on him to perform week in week out, especially on the big stage, because that's the main reason why he was brought back with that huge amount.
After watching him play against Man City, Chelsea, Liverpool home and away, and Arsenal. Paul's problem in big games is actually out in the open for all to see.
1. He tries too hard to impress in big games: ok bro, we all know that you are the most expensive man on earth on the football pitch, but you try too hard to impress and its surely killing your quality on the pitch of play. You dribble when you suppose to pass, and pass when you are to dribble and so on. Keep calm, and play your game.
2. He always allow the pressure to get to him : we saw an incident in the game against Liverpool when he tried a WWE skill on a defender in the game. That was the frustrated side of Pogba, he already knew he was the villain in the story , and the best way for him to rewrite the script was to become the hero but Alas ! As usual he failed to keep his cool when things are not going his way.
3. He plays with more of his strength than his sense : with all the enormous talent this guy possess he just always find a way to disappoint everyone in big games. On a good day Pogba can single handedly win you games because of his sense and strength. But on a big occasion he tends to choose his strength over his sense. When he puts on his sense his qualities actually shines bright. In all the matches he has featured so far, he has only come to life against Tottenham when he really bossed the game. Bro, everything is not about power but the brains.
4. He wants all the glory : I said it earlier, he tries too hard to impress in big games but the only reason he does that is to have his name on the front page of all the newspapers. And definitely he always finds his name on it, but for the wrong reasons. If he starts to play with the team more he would surely shine, just as we saw in the game against Tottenham.
5. His decision making is very poor : Pogba is one of the best players when in reading games, and dictating play, but he is so dull in big games that you so much get frustrated at what he is playing. He tends to hold up play when the ball is to be moving at a fast pace, shoots when he suppose to pass the ball, and also make needless tackles when he shouldn't.
6. He is too Childish and he surely need his Dad ( Mourinho ) for inspiration when he needs it on the pitch.
We all know that it is the price tag that is making in him fail in big games but he is surely his own problem, until he learns how to perform under pressure, the Dab Lord will always struggle in big games.
