McGregor makes gaffe as he posts Instagram boast on private jet

Conor McGregor made an enormous gaffe as he posed for his latest Instagram snap.

The UFC's first-ever double world champion posed for a picture while travelling on a luxury private jet as he flaunted his ever-growing wealth.

McGregor was snapped reading a newspaper - but was incredible holding it upside down.

The Notorious uploaded the picture, appearing to miss the glaring error, and posted it to his nine million following on picture sharing site Instagram.

As well as the newspaper gaffe, McGregor's unique dress sense was again on show.

Wearing his pyjamas, McGregor tucked his casual trousers into his white socks, which he was wearing with a pair of white sandals.

The UFC confirmed earlier this month that McGregor had 'vacated' his featherweight title, a fortnight after he became the first fighter to hold two world titles at the same time.

The Irishman beat Eddie Alvarez in front of a record-breaking crowd at New York's Madison Square Garden.

He later told the UFC he would not vacate either of his titles, saying: "They're gonna have to gather an army to try and take one of them off of me.

"One's gonna be there and one's gonna be there, and I’m gonna be picking and choosing who I wanna destroy next."

But the UFC confirmed his reign as a two-weight champion was over, with Jose Aldo being instated as undisputed featherweight king.
